Extreme Sports
I have never understood why it is believed that extreme athletes should not give importance when it comes to physical preparation. I have worked with people with very different disabilities, from problems with vision, mobility, etc. I create customized programs with very specific adaptations to be able to work the strength, balance, speed, coordination, resistance, flexibility, in spite of the physical disability.
