Step 3: Based on the nutritional study and form, a future program “VT Athlete” will be recommended.
Step 4: Start with the program so that dreams become realities.
Personal Training
All training sessions necessary to achieve your goal(s) will be performed with the presence of the coach, who will guide, correct, motivate and engage the athlete to get their maximum performance. Includes diet, which you will find in the “Personal Area” of the website.
Mixed Training
In addition to face-to-face sessions with the trainer, the athlete must perform some sessions on his/her own, following the coach’s instructions, which will be found in ¨Personal Area¨ of the website, as well as the diet that is still included.
Distance Training
All sessions will be performed by the athlete on their own, following the coach’s instructions, which they find in their “Personal Area” of the website. You can include a diet depending on the program chosen.
- In both “Mixed” and “Distance” training, the athlete will be able to give feedback to the coach through the “Personal Area”, rrss, email, ‘whatsapp’ or phone, both methods the personalized follow-up is included .
